Shipping policy
1. Service Area
Currently, we only offer shipping services to the United States. Unfortunately, we do not support deliveries to other countries or regions at this time.
2. Delivery Timeframe
The total delivery time consists of two parts: order processing time and shipping time.
2.1 Order Processing Time
Order processing typically takes 1-2 business days. This refers to the period from when you place and pay for your order to when we hand it over to our delivery partner.
Orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days after confirmation and payment. Please note that orders placed on weekends may be subject to slight delays, as our warehouse operates only from Monday to Friday during standard business hours (excluding holidays). We will make every effort to minimize any delays caused by non-business days.
2.2 Shipping Time
Standard shipping time is 6-9 business days. Please be aware of our order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (PST). Orders received after this time will not be processed on the same day.
While we strive to maintain the 6-9 business day shipping timeframe, delivery may take longer due to the ongoing impact of COVID-19. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

3. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. Please note that the tracking number will become active within 24 hours. During peak events or holidays, this activation time may be extended.

Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to update on the courier’s website. We recommend checking back after this period if you do not see immediate updates.

If you encounter any issues with tracking your package, please contact us promptly. We will investigate and resolve the problem within 48 hours.
4. Delayed Deliveries
If your order exceeds the estimated delivery time, please contact us via email at support@inkcoco.com. We will promptly check the status with the shipping company and provide you with an update. Thank you for your understanding and support.
5. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order and receive a full refund if you contact us promptly after purchase, provided that the package has not yet been shipped. Once payment is confirmed but the order is still in processing (not shipped), cancellation is still available.

Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the package has been shipped out.
6. Tax Information
Shipping to the United States is free of charge, and no taxes are applied. In most cases, customers will not be required to pay duties. However, to avoid unexpected charges, we strongly advise you to contact your local customs office to confirm current rates and tax requirements before placing your order.
